Hi. I’m Matthew. My role is an Allied Health Assistant and I help the EPs with any group classes to take that load off them so they can focus on their clients and free up some of their time.

I grew up and have lived in Brisbane my whole life. I have been very fortunate to travel with my partner and go adventuring once a year for the past 5 years to various places around Australia. I am a very nerdy individual who loves movies, tv shows and video games of various sorts (and will most of the time go into too much depth with some of these). From a young age I wasn’t too much into your typical sports (and still not into them to this day) and I managed to find Taekwondo and Gymnastics. I stuck with Taekwondo into my early teenage years and continued on with Gymnastics until I finished high school.
