WHY WE’RE HERE
Achieve Exercise Physiologists was founded in Townsville, North Queensland in 2012 with a clear purpose: to deliver effective, evidence-based rehabilitation programs designed to improve physical function, restore independence, and enhance quality of life—regardless of age, ability, or condition.
Since our beginnings, Achieve has grown into a trusted name across Queensland, now proudly operating in Brisbane, Townsville, and the Sunshine Coast.
As part of a multidisciplinary allied health suite, our services extend beyond exercise physiology to include hydrotherapy, telehealth, reformer Pilates, and more, allowing us to offer truly integrated care tailored to individual needs.
We believe that targeted exercise intervention—when combined with lifestyle coaching and behaviour change strategies—is key to preventing and managing chronic disease, injury, and physical limitations. Our mission is to empower people of all ages to move well, live well, and stay active, no matter their starting point.

FAQ's
Can I make/cancel/reschedule an appointment?
Answer: Yes, of course! Contact our lovely receptionists for any scheduling needs here.
I’m already seeing a physio, why do I need to see you?
Answer: We function quite differently from a physio; we focus on improving movement and mobility through exercise-based prescription, and specialise in chronic pain management.
Do I need a referral to come in?
Answer: Nope! You’re more than welcome to see us without a referral. While you can chat with your GP about a Medicare or DVA referral, you can also see us under the NDIS, Aged Care, or privately.
What will my first consult look like?
Answer: Your first session won’t be too strenuous. Your EP will go through some basic assessments to determine your functionality and capacity, and discuss your goals moving forward. From there, we’ll be able to develop a program tailored for you.
How much will my session cost?
Answer: With an eligible referral, your session can be bulk-billed! If you’re seeing us privately, a 30-minute session is $105.
Do you do home visits?
Answer: Yes! We understand not everyone can make it to our clinics, so we offer home visits as a way to provide accessibility and care for our local community. Prices may be subject to variation, so please contact our receptionists for a personalised quote here.
What insurances do you accept?
Answer: We accept all third-party health funds, including DVA, My Aged Care, Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral, WorkCover, Private Health Funds, etc. Contact your GP to check your eligibility for referrals, programs and funding.
Where are you located?
Answer: We have 5 clinics in Brisbane and 2 in Townsville. Our Brisbane clinics are situated in Cleveland, Mount Gravatt, Jamboree Heights, Redland Bay, and Bowen Hills. Our Townsville clinics are located in Kirwan and Hyde Park. To view our clinic addresses and their resources, click here.
