Hi, I’m Ben. My role is to create safe and effective exercise programs that are designed to improve your
functional ability and quality of life. My focus is to help you set and envision your goals so we
can work towards achieving them together through my exercise prescription.

Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology
A lot of clients often don’t believe in their own ability to complete movements and activities of daily living. This can be due to many reasons including past incidents, reduced strength and more, which can lower their self confidence. I would love to help clients understand their own body and its capabilities, and to come along on a journey with them to strive for continual improvement in not only their physical strength, but their mental strength and self confidence.
I find great joy in seeing others succeed, which drives me to be the best version of myself to be able to help others.
I am passionate about music, which I am constantly listening to and playing through my love for the piano.
