Project Description
Hi, I’m Rachel. I am an exercise physiologist, so I help people manage chronic disease through
forming healthy lifestyle habits and exercise routines. I also help rehab
musculoskeletal injuries and use exercise to improve my client’s function and
confidence in their bodies.
Favourite Quote: “What you know might not be what you’ve experienced.”
MORE ABOUT ME
Cardiovascular disease remains my passion and I like helping people manage their hearts through exercise, nutrition, and education. But prevention is key, so I’m keen to help people achieve lifestyle change and avoid chronic disease.
Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, Graduate Diploma of Exercise Physiology (Clinical)
I enjoy the variety of clientel and helping people reach their health goals. Group classes are also a lot of fun and I love getting creative with exercise routines.
Loyalty, kindness, and healthy living.
I have worked in a GP clinic offering rehab services and counseling for lifestyle change, and in cardiac rehabilitation helping people recover from heart surgery. Forming healthy habits for long-term change remains my passion.
I’m a passionate booklover and buy more novels than I can possibly read, though I do try! I also write my own books, so I spend a lot of time lost in my own imagination while walking on the treadmill or grooving at Zumba. My favourite activity is aerial silks where I get to climb, twist, and drop from heights.
Favourite? Favourite! As if there is such a thing. My favourite book changes weekly. I love all things romance.
