MORE ABOUT ME
Behavioral change. I am also on a journey of building and solidifying healthy habits in my life that I know will benefit me as long as I stay consistent. It is definitely not easy and I can understand for some people who do not exercise, how difficult it can be to stay on track. I want to help people realise that they are capable of more by delving into barriers of exercise for the individual.

I like the dynamics of the team at Achieve and how supportive everyone is. It’s always a fun time when everyone is around. The staff and clients are also very friendly and up for good banter.
Compassion and respect.
I moved to Australia from Malaysia in 2018 to pursue my degree and I have been here ever since.
I like going for a run in the city (and of course, getting coffee or breakfast after :D I also enjoy playing card games, reading and watching vlogs on YouTube.
