Our team work with multiple schools across Queensland to ensure children and adolescents gain the fundamental movements patterns, strength adaptations and injury prevention tools to develop into the athletes of tomorrow.
With the busy schedule of schooling years combined with the many countless extra curricula activities many sports programs over look the fundamentals required for the sport and focus on the “game plan” tactical skills required. We have developed programs to be taught to coaches and schools or implemented by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists for any sport discipline.
