Hi. I’m Zachary. My role at Achieve involves exercise delivery for a range of individuals suffering from chronic conditions. As an Allied Health Assistant, I work under the supervision and delegation of exercise physiologists to improve clients quality of life through exercise.

Clients have chronic pain in their shoulders, knees, lower back, etc. I enjoy the reduction of pain through exercise and the wholistic impact of this on the individuals’ life.
Education: Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science, QUT 2024
Certifications: ESSA certified Exercise Physiologist

I was born in Port Macquarie NSW but moved around Australia several times since. In 2020 I graduated Hight School in NSW and moved to Townsville to study my passion, Exercise Physiology.
