MORE ABOUT ME

Many clients present unsure of how exercise will improve their condition or fearful of making things worse, particularly those who experience chronic pain. My goal is to educate clients on condition specific benefits of exercise whilst gently introducing movement into their daily lives to enhance their exercise tolerance and capacity to better self manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.

All of our clients are so lovely and some can throw around some serious banter, which definetly makes work not feel like work! I am also so lucky to work with such a supportive team, who have helped immensley in the transition from university to working as a full time AEP.
Empathy, kindness, honesty and determination.
I grew up in the Redlands and played tennis for 12 years, as well as finding a love for cross country during school. Since I can remember, I have always wanted to work in the health field and my favourite subjects at school were PE and biology. I stumbled across Exercise Physiology the week before our university applications were due, I applied, got accepted to QUT and haven’t looked back since!

I enjoy going to the gym. I also love running, having recently signed up for my first half marathon. I also enjoy doing my paint by numbers and reading in my down time.

Anything that Colleen Hoover writes! I’m not a massive podcast listener, but when I do, I love everybody has a secret.
