MORE ABOUT ME
Graduated from the University of Queensland in 2024 with first class honours in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Group Fitness Coach at Body Fit Training gym
I love the supportive and collaborative environment at Achieve that fosters both personal and professional growth. The team genuinely cares about each other and our clients, creating a space where we can all grow and thrive. I’m constantly inspired by my colleagues expertise and passion, and I feel lucky to learn from mentors who push me to be my best.
Passion, discipline, and consistency. I am driven by a commitment to choosing between what I want most over what I want now. It’s about showing up every single day and doing the hard work especially when I don’t feel like it.
I was born and raised in Brisbane. My parents put me into sports with long hours of grueling training sessions from a young age as my inability to sit still was a full-time job they weren’t quite prepared for! I competed at a national level in swimming, specialising in the demanding 100m butterfly race. I also pursued dancing and acrobatics, competing in various styles, which kept me literally and figuratively on my toes at all times. In 2017, a lower back stress fracture temporarily halted my busy schedule, forcing me to pause and reassess. This unexpected setback sparked a deep curiosity about the body and how it functions. Over the years, my passion for health and fitness was reignited, blending my understanding of biomechanics with my love for movement. Discovering Exercise Physiology as a career felt like a natural next step, a no-brainer, really.
