MORE ABOUT ME
Managing chronic pain and returning clients to activities they haven’t been able to complete in years.
Graduated with a bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from James Cook University in 2017 and have been working as an exercise physiologist at Achieve since.
The workplace at Achieve is more like a community, encompassing colleagues and the clients in a sociable environment which makes work days enjoyable to turn up to. Early knock off on a Friday is also prime.
I have always loved playing sports growing up, basketball and cricket being the main two. Developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation in grade 12 when I broke my ankle playing basketball. After experiencing the negative impact an injury can have on you both mentally and physically I sought out a profession where I could help return people to doing what they love.
Self Discipline, self learning, understanding, and hard work.
I enjoy going to the gym, hanging out with mates, playing video games and watching TV shows/ movies.
