Project Description
Hi, I’m Abbey. My role as an exercise physiologist is to develop and prescribe safe and effective exercise interventions designed to optimize client’s functional ability, overall health and quality of life. I prioritize working together with clients in setting meaningful goals and helping them achieve these through a holistic and client-centered approach.

MORE ABOUT ME
Many clients experience a lack of confidence when it comes to their physical capabilities, which in turn can lead to avoidance of movement or exercise, resulting in reduced functional ability, potential worsening of their conditions and/or increased risk of future co-morbidities. I strive to help clients see their full physical potential, helping to not only improve their confidence, but facilitate long-term self-management of their health through regular movement and exercise.

Born and raised in Townsville, engaged in many different activities growing up including cheerleading, AFL, and mixed martial arts. Which developed my passion for the health industry.
