At Achieve Exercise Physiologists, our Allied Health Assistant (AHA) sessions provide safe, structured, and supportive in-studio exercise for people who need extra guidance and accountability to follow their prescribed program.
Each session is delivered by a qualified Allied Health Assistant under the supervision of your Accredited Exercise Physiologist (EP). Our AHAs help you carry out your tailored plan with the correct technique, at the right intensity, and in a welcoming environment where you can build confidence and independence.
